A great friend shared this with me today and I think I morphed into a 10 yr. old child almost immediately. Booing is the Halloween version of “Secret Santa”. At the website, you will learn to create a Boo Basket for a neighbor and then instruct them to do the same for two more neighbors and so on, until the whole neighborhood is wrapped up in the holiday!
